“What is the Heart?”
Posted by: | CommentsHere is a good question, submitted to me at www.askabouthealingheartissues.com:
"What is the heart as discussed here? Is it your spirit? Your innermost core?"
When I talk about "the heart," I mean both the inner core of a person, the essence of who they are, and the place where their spirit, soul and body intersect. It includes not only our conscious thoughts, beliefs, and will, but the unconscious and subconscious images and beliefs that are stored in not only our brains, but (as science is discovering) also in our very cells.
This is what I believe the Bible refers to as the heart, also called the inner person. It is the part of us that is being renewed from the spiritual life we receive from God. The spirit is connected to the heart, but they are not one and the same. The spirit is "born again" by God's grace when we believe the truth about the Son, Jesus Christ, but that spirit then begins to transform "the heart" so that your whole self is transformed.
As your heart reorients toward Truth, the internal, unconscious stress signals that go out to your body's cells and to your mind and emotions will change. Without the stress signals, the body, mind and emotions can heal, and your whole life improves.
This transformation happens whenever you become aware of negative beliefs and images and consciously replace the negative with the truth. This happens in prayer and meditation on the Truth. It is accelerated by practicing The Healing Code, which incorporates prayer and meditation but also adds an element that addresses the frequency of the negative images/beliefs directly.
Focusing on healing issues of your heart is truly "the heart" of transformation of all areas of your life, because you're starting from the inside out. Jesus said all our issues come from the inside out, not the outside in. So you want to pay utmost attention to your heart. Solomon said, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." (Proverbs 4:23).
The Healing Codes and Conventional Medicine
Posted by: | CommentsOne of the most common questions asked by people when they hear about The Healing Code is, "Can this cure ____?" (Fill in the blank with: depression, cancer, ALS, MS, diabetes etc.)
The answer is no. The Healing Code does not cure any disease. It does not even address any disease directly.
What The Healing Codes do (from all apparent indications from the Heart Rate Variability studies and from what we observe in clients) is change the stress signal sent to the cells by the unconscious negative images, beliefs and cellular memories from trauma (perceived or actual). When these stress signals are changed, the cells are restored to growth and health mode, and the body's own immune system is able to do its God-given job of healing.
How to Help Loved Ones Heal?
Posted by: | CommentsQ: "Can I include a list of loved ones when I do the codes for myself?"
A: There are several ways to help loved ones heal.
One way is to do the Healing Code on yourself, then say at the end, "I release the full effects of this healing to [name of loved ones], in love, insofar as my issue affects them." This is especially good for family members. You are all connected energetically, and your healing can help them heal when you "pass it on" intentionally. I have several clients who are doing this regularly, and seeing wonderful results.
Alternatively, you may do the Universal Healing Code (from the book) for the list. However, according to Dr. Loyd, this is not as effective as doing it for each person.
When I do a Healing Code for someone, since I don't know exactly what their issue is, I pray for God to heal whatever is causing them to resist his grace. This is our biggest problem, in my opinion–we resist God's goodness and grace. So I figure the Lord knows the person's heart best, and will answer this prayer as he knows how.

Questions on Healing Memories
Posted by: | CommentsI get many questions from clients about finding early memories when trying to heal heart issues.
Some people can't find any early memories.
Other people have too many, and feel as if it would take a lifetime to heal all of them.
I address both cases on my FAQ page.
There are other questions on that page as well. Feel free to peruse!
If you have a question yourself about healing heart issues, feel free to ask it here.
“Where to Start with Healing Memories?”
Posted by: | CommentsI get lots of questions about The Healing Codes–how to do them, what they're all about, can they heal ____, etc.
I answer them on my Healing Codes Coaching site. You may access them here.
Today I answered the following questions:
- What if you remember many traumatic events from your past and don't know which to work on?
- What if there was a very traumatic event from when you were an infant which you do not remember, but have been told about?
- How do you know which event to address with the Healing Code?
And if you have a question of your own, ask it here (you can also access the Virtual Book Tour with Dr. Alex Loyd, in which many questions were answered).
Q Codes: Quick, Powerful Way to Do Healing Codes
Posted by: | CommentsDo you do Healing Codes for other people? Would you like a quicker, more powerful way to do The Healing Code?
I'm happy to announce that there is a quicker and also more powerful way to do any Healing Code (the universal Code from the book, a custom Healing Code, or one of the 24 Healing Codes from the Manual). It's called the Q Codes, and it only takes a 1-2 minutes to do!
Q Codes are not only quicker, but many people find it a more powerful way to do a Healing Code. In fact, Dr. Loyd discovered it when he was praying for a way to help the clients who were not experiencing the breakthroughs they had hoped for. He says, "I started praying for a solution for them. I prayed for months, and one day while praying in my back yard by the creek, the answer came–and The Q Codes were born."
The Q Codes add a power element to the frequency of a Healing Code. Again, it's a different way of doing a Healing Code. You still need some kind of Healing Code to use it with.
There are 3 different versions of the Q Codes (all included in the Manual). Two are what I think of as the "energized" versions and the third way is the "peaceful" version. I do the former in the day, the latter at night.
I use the Q Codes all the time, almost always when I do Healing Codes for other people. It allows me to extend the healing to many more people than I'd ever have time for using the regular Healing Code.
It also allows you to deal with more issues in your own life, faster and more powerfully.
The Q Codes Manual is now available in digital format, which means it's much more affordable. Contact me if you have any questions, or just order here.
“What is LT3?”
Posted by: | CommentsA question from a subscriber about LT3:
"I've been getting these emails from Dr. Alex Loyd about something called 'LT3.' Lots of testimonials, but what exactly is it?"
As an LT3 graduate, I can tell you firsthand what it is.
LT3 is a separate process developed by Dr. Alex Loyd that stands for Life Transformation 3.
It incorporates Healing Codes but adds other elements to it. You work with Dr. Loyd himself, one on one, and he develops lifetime customized codes that will always be powerful, in 12 categories (not the same as the 12 Categories in The Healing Codes Manual or The Healing Code book). These Codes are very powerful and specific to you. They never "expire." Read More→
“Must I Identify a Memory?”
Posted by: | CommentsBiblical View of The Healing Code?
Posted by: | CommentsQ: I'm looking for more details on the biblical interpretation for the Healing Code.
A: There are a number of documents and and interview with Dr. Alex Loyd (and his spiritual mentor, Larry Napier), which you can find at www.thehealingcodeinfo.com/philosoophy.com.
The underlying philosophy is based on biblical principles, I believe. In fact, it may be more of a biblical paradigm than the view most Westerners have, that physical issues are caused by physical things (such as DNA and viruses). While DNA and viruses certainly do exist, Christians such as Dr. Tony Evans point out that deeper realities underlie the physical world, and these realities are spiritual. To get at the root cause of all issues, you need to look to the spiritual. That's what Jesus and Paul taught, as well as Solomon.
The Healing Codes are really based on Proverbs 4:23: "Keep and guard your heart with all vigilance and above all that you guard, for out of it flow the springs of life" (Amplified Bible). Or, as the TNIV puts it, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." The Healing Code book explains how this biblical "heart" works and why, indeed, everything we do flows from it.
