FAQ: Using Healing Codes to Infuse the Positive
Posted by: | CommentsQ: “What if you don’t have any big ‘issues’ to heal anymore? Can you use The Healing Codes to infuse success and the positive?”
A: Yes! And I highly recommend it.
What you would do is to decide what it is you want to infuse. Then, you amend the prayer to say something like,
“Dear God, please infuse in my spirit, soul, mind and body everything needed to bring [name the thing you want] into my life, and remove any blocks that may get in the way. Thank you for your willingness and ability to bring blessing into my life.”
If blocks become apparent to you, as they sometimes do, then switch the focus of your Healing Code to heal/remove that block. When it seems gone, you can go back to infusing the positive with your Healing Code.
While pointing to the Healing Code positions, focus on instilling that vision in your mind’s eye and your Heart.

Simple Explanation of The Healing Codes
Posted by: | CommentsQ: I have a friend who really needs The Healing Codes but doesn’t speak English well and needs a simple explanation. Can you help me know what to say to her? Also, she wants to make sure it’s OK spiritually.
A: The way I like to explain The Healing Codes is that it’s like noise-canceling headphones.
Noise-canceling headphones take in the frequency of the noise around you, and provide an opposite and equal signal to cancel out the noise.
Every negative image (as in memories), thought, feeling, all are a frequency, stored in the cells of our bodies. (Einstein proved 100 years ago that everything is energy–frequency–and all our electronic stuff is based on this.)
The Healing Codes provide an opposite and equal frequency to the negative frequency of what you identify needs to be healed (the “noise”), and thus neutralizes or even can change to positive the frequency of that memory, thought, feeling. Thus the stress in the body caused by the negative frequencies of those cellular memories is gone, and this allows the body to heal itself, with the wonderful healing powers God put into the body.
This means that The Healing Codes are as neutral as noise-canceling headphones, spiritually. It’s just a way of harnessing the laws of quantum physics God has set in motion.
Another analogy I like to use is that of a remote garage door opener. Read more here.
FAQ: Thoughts, Feelings Won’t Go Away
Posted by: | CommentsHere is a question that is often asked in some form, especially by those who are just starting out with The Healing Codes:
“The terrible feelings and thoughts are not going away, and even when I’m doing The Healing Code, unwanted thoughts get in the way of my positive focus.”
Connect to Your Inner Guidance
Posted by: | CommentsClients are often curious about how I “test” for their issue. “Is it muscle testing?” they ask.
My answer is always, “Not really. It’s a form of advanced bio-energetic testing that tests the subtle energy field. Since it’s proprietary to Dr. Alex Loyd, who trained us Healing Codes Practitioners, I can’t say anything more about it.”
The way I test, however, is based on the same principle as muscle testing. I recommend everyone find some kind of bio-energetic testing technique that yields accurate results, because it simplifies and enhances your life is so many ways.
What is Muscle Testing?
Muscle testing, when done correctly, can be amazingly accurate. It connects you with the part of yourself that I believe God built into us, but most of us have lost: the inner wisdom that knows what is good for you and not good for you, what is true and what is not.
When you are in the presence of something that is good for you, your body knows it. If Einstein was correct, everything is energy and frequency. Everything has a vibration. You have other senses besides your five senses, and muscle testing is the way you can connect what your subconscious knows is good or true for you, with your body’s response.
At any rate, that’s what Muscle Testing is. There are many ways to muscle test. You can do a search on “muscle testing” and come up with a variety of techniques. Here is an excellent article on Dr. Mark Virkler’s blog that describes MT in detail. You might also want to get the book.
Before I learned the testing I do now, I used a technique that involved the thumb. The joke in our family was, “What does the thumb say?” They came to learn that it truly was an accurate way to find out what’s best.
Two tips as you learn MT.
One, it takes practice. Start with clear “yes” and “no” answers and see how it shows up in your testing.
Two, it’s important to be in a neutral state when you test. Your only desire is to know what’s best or true. You are willing to live with any result. If you desire a particular outcome, or you’re fearful of the answer, or if you’re prone to deception, you cannot test accurately.
Caution!
Muscle testing of any kind needs to be used wisely. Don’t try to use it to predict the future, or to find out information about other people that is none of your business. That’s the wrong use. The right use of any muscle testing technique is to test your environment to find out what’s best for you.
For instance, instead of blindly deciding that certain supplements are good for me because some expert (who is usually selling me something) says so, I just test whether it would be good for my body. In the health food store, I test which brand of supplement would be better for my particular body. Every day I also test which supplements (if any) or food my body needs at that time. Since our bodies are ever-changing anyway, I may test I need something one day and not another.
I test which issue would be best to work on with my Healing Codes. I test which Halo vial I need on any given day. I test whether I need to see a doctor about a certain symptom. (By the way, I always pray before I test. I pray that God would guide my testing and I would only test the truth.)
Bio-energetic testing has greatly simplified my life. It has helped me listen to my own heart, rather than what other people say or believe. I believe it will help you, too.

Pivotal Memories
Posted by: | CommentsPeople often ask me what kinds of memories to start with to get the fastest, deepest healing.
I always look for the “fractal memories”–those memories in which the core beliefs/feelings will repeat themselves and branch out to affect your life in all kinds of ways afterward. Heal these, and the ripple effects of healing begin effortlessly to penetrate into all the areas of life affected by that memory.
In another post I talked about foundational memories. They are one kind of important fractal memory.
Another kind of fractal memory is what I call a pivotal memory. This would be a memory, usually conscious, that changed the course of your life. Something happened and you came to believe something about yourself that forever after influenced your life. Such memories can form your identity–for better or worse.
On the “better side,” pivotal memories can be quite positive. One important pivotal memory that shaped my entire future happened in college, when I fell in love with publishing. I was always a bibliophile and a writer, and the field fascinated me, so I decided I would major in English, but not teach. I would make a career in publishing.
Everyone told me, “It’s practically impossible to break into publishing.” Especially since I didn’t know anyone, even by the time I was a senior in college. Also, this was at a time when people with PhDs in English were driving taxi cabs. Read More→

Best Healing Focus While Doing a Healing Code
Posted by: | CommentsI‘ve often thought that one of the reasons The Healing Codes work so well is that you spend the bulk of your time focusing on something very positive. It’s this meditative aspect that makes them work, I believe, possibly more than the technique itself.
Yes, you identify the negative “heart issue” to be healed (in your prayer of intention at the beginning). But then when you point to the Healing Center positions of a Healing Code, you make the energy coming out of your fingertips positive because of your positive thoughts.
(This may sound “woo-woo” but it is actually a quantum physics thing. The energy of your intention actually makes something happen in the world of matter.)
Knowing this, the question becomes:
“What is the most positive thing I can focus on while
doing a Healing Code?”
There really is no formula. It is whatever positive thing you want to. Whatever works for you. Experiment.
Having said that, I know some people want some specific tips. So . . . Read More→
Dealing with Resistance to Healing
Posted by: | CommentsOccasionally I hear from clients that they don’t feel like doing their Healing Codes . . . or they feel worse when they do them . . . or that they feel nothing after sensing some kind of sensations before. (Some people can feel the energy as tingling, warmth, or some other sensation.)
These experiences are all a very normal part of the healing process.
But if you don’t know that, you might lose interest and stop doing your Healing Codes or inner prayer work.
And that will definitely halt your healing, and perhaps even set you back to where you were.
So what to do about resistance? Read More→
Doing a Healing Code for Someone Whose Heart Issue You Don’t Know
Posted by: | CommentsSomeone wrote to me recently asking how to do a Healing Code for a friend who had had brain surgery, and was not responsive.
Well, first of all, I believe that as long as a person is alive, the human spirit is able to perceive, even if because of the physical state, the body and mind seem totally unresponsive.
You don’t have to know a person’s heart issue to connect with his or her spirit and send healing.
So I like to pray the Prayer of Intention like this:
“Dear God, I pray you will call ___’s spirit to attention to connect with your Spirit to receive your healing and grace. Please find, open and heal anything that would prevent ____ from full recovery, by filling him with your love, light and life. Please also magnify the effectiveness of this healing to the maximum level for his highest good, at an optimal pace, and restore everything–spirit, soul, mind and body–to your original, intended design. Thank you, Lord, for your ability and willingness to do these things.”
You can amend the above prayer to fit a different situation, of course. If, for instance, you want to do a Code for someone with cancer, you can say, “… find, open and heal anything that is causing or contributing to the cancer, by filling …”
You can do the Code on yourself, perhaps using the Truth Focus Statement, “The life-giving light of the Lord God Almighty shines in all ____’s darkness, to bring complete healing, peace, and right relationships with God, self and others.”
When you’re done with the Code, you can open your hands in a release gesture and say, “I release the full effects of this healing to _____, in love.”
It’s that simple!
It’s wonderful to do Healing Code for others. I do, regularly, especially for my family. (I do Q Codes for others because that’s so much quicker, and allows me to do more for more people–and myself!)
In fact, it’s been my experience that doing a Healing Code for someone else is actually more powerful than that person doing it for him or herself, because the love that motivates you adds to the power of the Code.

“Must I Identify an Early Memory to Heal?”
Posted by: | Comments “I have no trouble identifying an emotional issue, however I can’t always link the feeling to a specific memory. Is it OK to do the Healing Code on the emotional issue alone?”
You do not absolutely need to link the emotion to a specific early memory. Your heart will find and heal the issues that need to be healed.
That said, I will add that if you can find an early memory, it seems to speed healing. The more specific you can be with The Healing Code, the quicker the healing seems to happen. (That’s why custom codes are so powerful; they are specific to your particular issue. ) But you never want to force anything with The Healing Code; that’s counter-productive.
At the beginning of your Healing Code session, give yourself a moment for any memories to surface. If they don’t, do the Code on the current emotional issue. As you work with The Healing Code and heal, you may find it easier to access the earlier memories.
Your heart may be protecting you from remembering early memories. Many of my clients also find that after working with The Healing Codes for a time, memories that have healed come to the surface. If there’s no emotional charge on that memory, then it usually means it’s healed. One of the wonderful benefits of The Healing Code is you “get your life back” as these healed memories surface.
One client had a very key early memory with several negative elements that needed to be healed. Interestingly, once the negative parts of the memory healed, it became a very positive memory–one she even started using for her “love picture”!
That’s all The Healing Code does, by the way: heals the negative aspects of the pictures and feelings. Yet when that happens, as the book explains, many amazing things can happen.
