Archive for Questions about The Healing Codes

Someone just posed a good question on the Amazon page for The Healing Code, and I answered it. I thought I’d share it with you as well.

Q: I have been using the Healing Codes for a couple of months. I am feeling much better. I have no idea how long I am supposed to keep doing the Codes 3 times a day. Do you ever stop?

A: The “much better” you have experienced can be “much much better” if you continue to do The Healing Code.

I have never stopped after 9 years.

First of all, I never seem to run out of “heart issues” to address. Besides, that, I just enjoy doing the Healing Codes. And I sure appreciate the results! The healing I’ve had in all areas of my life from doing Healing Codes at least twice a day for 9 years now is phenomenal. Physically, socially, emotionally, spiritually, financially–every area of my life has improved. (For the medical report tracking my progress in 2012,2014, and 2016, go here.)

When the heart issues are out of the way, I am open to more of God, more of life, I’m finding. Life is just … fuller.

I think of The Healing Codes as more like brushing my teeth, or taking my daily walk: It’s something I do to keep healthy. As opposed to, say, an antibiotic you take to address an infection.

If you run out of “heart issues” to address, you can use The Healing Code to instill more of the positive in your life: more love, more joy, more kindness, etc. Then if something negative pops up, you address the negative. When that goes down to 0 or 1, you go back to instilling the positive.

Hope this helps! There’s lots more at Healing Codes Coaching and this Healing Heart Issues website.

Prayer and The Healing Codes

Posted by: | Comments (2)

People sometimes ask me, “Do I have to believe in God to benefit from The Healing Codes?

Or, “How does prayer relate to The Healing Codes?

My answer to the first question: No, you don’t have to believe in God to benefit from The Healing Codes. The Healing Codes work (as far as we can tell), by neutralizing the negative frequency (stress) of the unhealed negative images and wrong beliefs stored in the information energy pattern in the cells (cellular memory). At least, that’s my theory of how it works. All we know from the results is that it removes stress from the autonomic nervous system so that the body can heal itself. (Go here if you’d like to see results from my own Heart Rate Variability tests.)

This is what The Healing Codes does for anyone, regardless of beliefs.

Having said that, however,

This is probably the most-asked question people ask about The Healing Codes.

  • “Do The Healing Codes heal cancer?”
  • “Do The Healing Codes heal fibromyalgia?”
  • “Will The Healing Codes lower my blood pressure?”
  • “Can The Healing Codes heal MS?”

You fill in the blank.

Other variations of this question:

  • “How can The Healing Codes cure my hopelessness?”
  • “Does this work with people with ______ [ALS, depression, trauma, autoimmune disease¬† . . .)?”

AND . . .

“What stream of energy of ours do the codes access that they manage to shift blocks that impact such a wide range of issues?”

This time, just for fun, I answered all these questions–which ultimately boil down to, “How do The Healing Codes work?”–with a video. (Diane finally enters the video age, albeit kicking and screaming. . . .¬† Actually, it was kind of fun!)

Q: "When doing a Healing Code, is it best to focus on just one memory, or all of the memories I can think of?"

A: This is a frequently asked question about The Healing Codes, and a good one. Here's what I suggest.

Get yourself some kind of notebook or note pad for your Healing Code work. Take a little time to focus on your issue, for instance, a physical issue. Ask yourself, "How do I feel about having this issue?" That's what you will focus on: the feeling about having that issue.

Next, see if you can rate that feeling on a scale of 1-10. Some people can't rate how they feel, but if you can, it's helpful for a number of reasons. It will help you get more in touch with the feeling itself. And, after you do the Healing Code, it will encourage you to keep going when you see that the memory's strength went down.

Q: In my Healing Codes, I have been combining myself, my wife and two daughters into two 10 minutes sessions per day using "The life giving light…" Truth Focus Statement for several issues I have, motor neuron disease (wife), spinal cord injury (daughter) and severe allergies (other daughter).  Is that cramming too much in?

A: I will develop custom codes to do for my family at times, but it's usually around an issue I know we all have our own problems with. For instance, recently I did a Code for my husband and children about money issues, after my daughter brought something up. I remembered some memories we have in common, such as one vacation where money issues sort of ruined the whole experience. So I did a custom code for all my family members around those memories and the money issues we each had, and released the effects to each person in the family.

In the case you're mentioning, however, it's generally stronger for each if you can do an individual Healing Code for each, Dr. Loyd says.  Targeted attention seems to matter with The Healing Codes, which makes sense from what I know about quantum physics.

“What is the Heart?”

Posted by: | Comments (7)

Here is a good question, submitted to me at www.askabouthealingheartissues.com:

"What is the heart as discussed here? Is it your spirit? Your innermost core?"

When I talk about "the heart," I mean both the inner core of a person, the essence of who they are, and the place where their spirit, soul and body intersect. It includes not only our conscious thoughts, beliefs, and will, but the unconscious and subconscious images and beliefs that are stored in not only our brains, but (as science is discovering) also in our very cells.

This is what I believe the Bible refers to as the heart, also called the inner person. It is the part of us that is being renewed from the spiritual life we receive from God. The spirit is connected to the heart, but they are not one and the same. The spirit is "born again" by God's grace when we believe the truth about the Son, Jesus Christ, but that spirit then begins to transform "the heart" so that your whole self is transformed.

As your heart reorients toward Truth, the internal, unconscious stress signals that go out to your body's cells and to your mind and emotions will change. Without the stress signals, the body, mind and emotions can heal, and your whole life improves.

This transformation happens whenever you become aware of negative beliefs and images and consciously replace the negative with the truth. This happens in prayer and meditation on the Truth. It is accelerated by practicing The Healing Code, which incorporates prayer and meditation but also adds an element that addresses the frequency of the negative images/beliefs directly.

Focusing on healing issues of your heart is truly "the heart" of transformation of all areas of your life, because you're starting from the inside out. Jesus said all our issues come from the inside out, not the outside in. So you want to pay utmost attention to your heart. Solomon said, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." (Proverbs 4:23).

One of the most common questions asked by people when they hear about The Healing Code is, "Can this cure ____?" (Fill in the blank with: depression, cancer, ALS, MS, diabetes etc.)

The answer is no. The Healing Code does not cure any disease. It does not even address any disease directly.

What The Healing Codes do (from all apparent indications from the Heart Rate Variability studies and from what we observe in clients) is change the stress signal sent to the cells by the unconscious negative images, beliefs and cellular memories from trauma (perceived or actual). When these stress signals are changed, the cells are restored to growth and health mode, and the body's own immune system is able to do its God-given job of healing.

How to Help Loved Ones Heal?

Posted by: | Comments (12)

Q: "Can I include a list of loved ones when I do the codes for myself?"

A: There are several ways to help loved ones heal.

One way is to do the Healing Code on yourself, then say at the end, "I release the full effects of this healing to [name of loved ones], in love, insofar as my issue affects them." This is especially good for family members. You are all connected energetically, and your healing can help them heal when you "pass it on" intentionally. I have several clients who are doing this regularly, and seeing wonderful results.

Alternatively, you may do the Universal Healing Code (from the book) for the list. However, according to Dr. Loyd, this is not as effective as doing it for each person.

When I do a Healing Code for someone, since I don't know exactly what their issue is, I pray for God to heal whatever is causing them to resist his grace. This is our biggest problem, in my opinion–we resist God's goodness and grace. So I figure the Lord knows the person's heart best, and will answer this prayer as he knows how.

Questions on Healing Memories

Posted by: | Comments (0)

I get many questions from clients about finding early memories when trying to heal heart issues.

Some people can't find any early memories.

Other people have too many, and feel as if it would take a lifetime to heal all of them.

I address both cases on my FAQ page.

There are other questions on that page as well. Feel free to peruse!

How Dr. Ben Johnson Healed ALS

Posted by: | Comments (4)

In the "almost too amazing to believe" category is Dr. Ben Johnson's healing of ALS in 4 months or less. Dr. Ben (himself a medical doctor with three medical degrees), was diagnosed with ALS by two doctors in 2004 with ALS. His story is told in The Healing Code but not exactly what he did to change his condition.

I spoke with him recently and he gave me permission to share exactly what he did to heal his ALS symptoms. It was a multi-pronged approach.
