“Do I Need to Keep Doing Healing Codes Once My Issue Heals?”

By

Leslie asked a good question:

“I’ve been using the Healing Codes for a few weeks now. I am not sure about whether or not you stop doing healing codes once you feel better. Do I stop, or do I need to continue with them?

Pawan asked it from a different angle:

“Hello, My name is Pawan and I have already purchased The Healing Code book and have started applying them. I have a question. Healing Codes actually heal destructive memories/unhealthy beliefs/negative images, so then why do we need to do them regularly? What I mean is if they actually heal memory or image and if that memory is the real source of the problem and if you already found the actual memory causing the issue then it should actually heal it in one session itself, your immune system may take some time to heal you physical problem once the memory is healed but the very memory should be healed immediately and completely, no? I have no problem doing it regularly but out of the curiosity my logical thinking says that if I have a wrong belief it would either be healed completely or will not heal at all so when we do the healing code regularly does it heal the belief/memory/image partially with every session? But that doesn’t sound logical.

There are two ways to think about The Healing Codes.

One is to think of it like an antibiotic: You take it until you’re better, then you stop.

Or you can consider The Healing Codes to be in the category of things you do on an ongoing basis to promote health: eat healthy foods, drink water, exercise, sleep … these are the kinds of things that both get you healthy and then keep you healthy.

Pawan is thinking that once you heal that unhealthy belief, for instance, that is causing the problem, poof, you’re healed! Like taking an antibiotic to heal an infection, and then you’re done with it.

The problem is, nobody just has ONE issue or unhealthy belief.

Listen, even if you’re only 20 years old, you have thousands of negative images, wrong beliefs and interpretations of what happened to you, and painful memories. If you’re two or three times that age, you have more than double or triple the negative “Heart issues.”

These are not healed in a few days, weeks or months. Certainly specific memories and problems associated with are healed, sometimes very quickly.  But we heal in layers, and you may need to revisit several aspects of some “foundational” memories, and do it again and again.

But the healing does come when you stick at it.

That’s why The Healing Codes belong to the second category. They are more like vitamins than an antibiotic.

The deepest healing comes when you do The Healing Codes on a consistent basis. When you do, you will find that as one issue heals, your Heart serves up the next issue. And so you move on, healing more and more things at a deeper and deeper level.

And that’s when things really start to take off for you.

That’s why I encourage everyone to think of The Healing Codes as something they do for overall health, like you eat healthy foods or exercise or sleep.

When you do, that’s when you reap the results. If you haven’t read my latest medical report, that documents my growing health over the past 4 years, go here to get that. These latest results came after many months of ongoing, unremitting outward stress. Yet . . .  all the stresses of my outward life don’t seem to be affecting my health in a big way, much to my (and my doctor’s) surprise.

Do a Healing Code at least twice a day, for at least 6 minutes. Do it longer, and more often, and more specific (as in one of the Healing Code Manual Codes or a custom Healing Code) if your issue is acute in some way.

But as the Nike commercial famously said, “Just do it!”
