[FAQ] “Am I Doing The Healing Code Right?”

By

I received an email from Jane, and I thought my answer might help others as well.

Jane wrote:

“I am trying the healing codes to help my son. I memorized the prayer from the Healing  Code book ( page 224) and have been doing it three times a day for the past week, but I am not sure I am doing everything right.

“I have been using that prayer at every hand position, but according to your video that is wrong. I should be saying a truth focus statement, but I don’t know what the best statement is for my situation.

“I also don’t understand what the prayer of intent is  or what I am supposed to be picturing in my mind. Maybe I need some coaching to get me started. How much do you charge for coaching or can you at least help me with the format?”

My answer:

Thanks for getting in touch. Let me see if I can clarify a few things for you.

The prayer from the book is what I call the Prayer of Intention. You only need to say that before you do the Healing Code. I call it that because you’re setting the intention of what you want to heal.

After you pray that prayer (and mine is different from the book, by the way; I’ve refined it after almost two decades of working with clients), you point to the Healing Code positions and use either a Truth Focus Statement or some picture in your mind that’s positive. The idea is that when you’re focused on something positive mentally, the energy that’s going from your fingertips to the healing centers is positive, and will, along with the Code itself, counter the negative energy of what you’re intending to heal.
