New Year, New Opportunities to Heal

Happy new year!
The holidays may be over, but for many of us, they triggered issues that still linger.
Being with family may have uncovered old wounds that may not be quite healed.
Perhaps loneliness, disappointment, bitterness, anxiety, or old patterns of harmful actions (overeating, drinking too much, pushing yourself too hard) took root again.
Rather than merely turning away from these issues and “moving on,” I encourage you to address them head on with The Healing Codes.
After all, what you want is true healing, to be finally free from these things, right?
I have three suggestions to get you back on track.
1. Sign up for the new “Getting Started with The Healing Codes” free email coaching course.
Even if you’ve been doing Healing Codes for some time, I would be surprised if this course didn’t give you some new insight or way to approach your healing.
And if you’ve lapsed from doing Healing Codes or are new or need a refresher, this is for you!
Feel free to share it with others as well.
2. If your issue is something you’ve worked on but can’t seem to get traction for healing it, consider getting some coaching and a custom Healing Code. I can look for the hidden memories which, when found and addressed with a strong custom Healing Code, just may give you the breakthrough you seek.
I always look for the deepest issue your heart is ready to heal at this time–which may not be the issue that’s obvious to you. That’s where coaching and custom Healing Codes can speed and deepen your healing.
