Healing Lessons From a Splinter

Posted by: | Comments (2)

So I noticed something painful about my finger.

Drat, it was a splinter. I worked at it to get it out, but I wasn’t sure I got it all.

Big clue I didn’t: Pain continued.

I shined the HALO on it, using the Pain vial, the SuperSystem vial, and the Facial vial.

Still some pain. Probably the splinter was still there. Very hard to see, though.

I tried to ignore it, aside from shining HALO on it.

Still pain.

Finally, I got my husband to help me, because there was no way I could get this out myself (my little finger on my right hand). A magnifying glass confirmed there was indeed some dark splinter in there.

After much pain gouging the thing out with a needle, we finally got it.

Or so I thought.

Your One Thing–and Mine

Posted by: | Comments (1)

I and a friend have been reading and discussing one of those few books that you just know, if you take this book’s message to heart, it can be life changing.

The book is called The ONE Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results.

The “surprisingly simple truth behind extraordinary results” is that if you ask and answer the right questions, you can get uncommon results. “Life is a question, and how we live it is our answer. How we phrase the questions we ask ourselves determines the answers that eventually become our life.”

One question trumps all the others. They call it the Focusing Question:

“What’s the ONE Thing I can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?”

Think about that for a moment. Your answer to that question can focus what you do for the next moment, and also shape the direction of your whole life.

In terms of your healing, let me ask you this:

What is the ONE THING you need to heal such that, by healing it, everything else in your life would improve?”

I challenge you to actually write down your answer to that question.

In fact, if you will not only write it down but also share it with me, through this quick survey, you will be helping yourself to move in the direction of that ONE THING that will propel you toward that healing.

How? Just by asking and answering that question, the forces of your own mind and who knows what else (more on that in another post) will begin to come together to propel you in the direction of that very healing.

To help ME help YOU, would you also be so kind as to answer a SECOND question, also on that survey:

What is the ONE THING that I can do as your Healing Codes coach to help you YOU heal your ONE THING?

Go ahead, go here to take this two-question survey.

Then look for emails from me that will answer question #2, which will help you answer achieve the answer to your question #1.

And then, come back here to tell us how things start to change for you!

Is it ever dangerous to do a Healing Code for someone else?

I never used to think so, based on the marvelous results so many have had doing Healing Codes for someone else.

For instance, if you’ve never read the story on this blog of Vinny, the boy with the inoperable brain tumor that went away after his grandmother and people reading this blog who did Healing Codes for him, please be ready to be amazed.

However, I have realized there are instances when it certainly can be dangerous to do a Healing Code for another person.

Read my article about when you should NEVER do a Healing Code for someone else–and what to do instead.

"Whatever is in your heart determines what you say."–Matthew 12:33b

Our words matter–perhaps eternally.

We will “eat” the fruit of our words—and so will others. (In my work as a Healing Codes Coach/Practitioner, I regularly deal with the destructive effects of words on the hearts and even bodies of my clients. Words can leave invisible wounds that destroy lives.)

Words are a barometer of the heart’s condition. Jesus went on to say, "A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart.”

Want to know what’s in your heart? Pay attention to your words. Are they critical? Perhaps there is unforgiveness or pride in your heart. Do you use foul language? There may be anger lurking inside.

Pay attention to your words, and deal with any heart issues they reveal. Notice other people’s words, too, as indications of what is in the heart.

Words can also heal. With The Healing Codes, we replace the unhealthy beliefs–the lies we've come to believe–with the truth. (For my Truth Focus Statements based on Scripture, visit www.christianhealingfromtheheart.com and scroll down on the left.)
