Your Healing Curriculum
Posted by: | CommentsI have really sharp clients. Often, because they are in the process of healing and transformation and getting more and more aligned with their divine design, they come up with nuggets of wisdom.
Here’s something from Laura W. (who gave me permission to share it):
“When we’re being asked to grow, the stretching often hurts. But it’s not: I have to do all these modalities to fix me. Rather, it’s a healing curriculum, it’s a certain kind of container I think of as Purpose Academy. College is one kind of container: you learn specific skills, but then you have to go out and live it to really get it and achieve mastery. But all of life is Purpose Academy—there’s a purpose to what God allows in, and it’s all for us to better discern our own purpose.”
Well said, Laura! Your transformation has been awesome.
I especially like what she said about doing things like The Healing Codes not to fix us, as if we’re broken. We may feel broken, but it’s more like we’re wounded, and the wounds knock us out of alignment with our divine design, our unique purpose for being on this earth. Through the rigors of Purpose Academy, the wounds are revealed so that they can be healed. When we heal those wounds, spiritually and energetically, then we can come into that Alignment. Read More→
Are You Too Nice for Your Own Good?
Posted by: | CommentsI always thought it was a good thing to be a nice person, and strove to be a nice person myself.
Until I read this article by Jason Henry.
Henry says that people who are are “nice” (as opposed to “good”) are people who don’t want to hurt others because they were so hurt and traumatized in the past and didn’t heal, that they make a vow (perhaps unconscious) to never make others feel the way they felt.
Perhaps those who possess the trait of high sensitivity are even more susceptible to this. I’ve often thought that HSPs were the nicest people in the world. Because we feel so deeply and take in so much, including our own suffering and that of others, we often bend over backwards to make sure we don’t cause suffering to other people.
Sounds noble, right? Even, perhaps, “Christian.” Do not do unto others as they have done unto you.
However, Henry says that when you dissect this vow for its ramifications, there are several big problems. Read More→

Find and Heal “The Keywords to Your Heart”
Posted by: | CommentsIn my coaching, as I listen to clients tell me what’s bothering them most (the starting point for finding heart issues), I want to find the deepest issue their heart is ready to heal at this point in their healing journey.
I’m listening for what I think of as “the keywords to the heart.” These are words that have the most energy, that seem to encapsulate the essence of the heart issue.
When you put these “keywords” into your prayer of intention, your heart, like a search engine, will come up with the memories that need to be healed.
Your “keywords to your heart” could be one or more feelings. Or a phrase (see below for an example).
It could include one or more beliefs. Or a relationship. Or a harmful action–something they’re doing to numb the pain.
Or–all 4! In fact, I call these four areas the 4-part program: feelings, beliefs, relational context, and harmful actions. Most issues have at least three of these elements (not all issues have the Harmful Actions component).

Healing Lessons From a Splinter
Posted by: | CommentsSo I noticed something painful about my finger.
Drat, it was a splinter. I worked at it to get it out, but I wasn’t sure I got it all.
Big clue I didn’t: Pain continued.
I shined the HALO on it, using the Pain vial, the SuperSystem vial, and the Facial vial.
Still some pain. Probably the splinter was still there. Very hard to see, though.
I tried to ignore it, aside from shining HALO on it.
Still pain.
Finally, I got my husband to help me, because there was no way I could get this out myself (my little finger on my right hand). A magnifying glass confirmed there was indeed some dark splinter in there.
After much pain gouging the thing out with a needle, we finally got it.
Or so I thought.
Do You Know God’s Dream for Your Life?
Posted by: | CommentsDo you have a dream for your life? Do you know how you are meant to make a difference in this world?
I believe God himself has a dream, a design for each person, and our great fulfillment comes when we know what that is and achieve it.
You were put on this earth for something. I hope you have at least an inkling as to what that is. It may have been squashed by other people’s doubts, your own fears, or circumstances.
I want to encourage you to fan the flame of that dream, that desire to make your unique mark on the world.
Do it with The Healing Codes. Get some personal coaching with me if you need it.
Oliver Wendell Holmes wrote in his poem, “The Voiceless“:
“Alas for those that never sing,
But die with all their music in them.”
This quote makes me cry. I don’t want you to “die with all your music still in you.”
You have a song to sing, and I have always had a passion to find ways to help people “sing their song.” As a publishing coach, what that looked like was to help people write and publish their books.
Now what it looks like is to help people heal their heart issues so that they can begin to hear their unique song, AND begin to sing it, to the world that desperately needs to hear it.
If success has been one of your issues–if you don’t know what your song is or how to sing it–I encourage you to find the heart issues that may be at the source of your success blocks.
I’m here to help you. Read my emails. Read the articles and FAQ at my Healing Codes Coaching and Healing Heart Issues sites. Follow me on Facebook and/or Twitter to get more of the things that touch me personally that I like to pass on.
Most of all, do your Healing Codes consistently on your heart issues. As you do, more and more of your uniqueness will emerge.
If you need help with any of this, I am available to come alongside you in your journey. You can either get quick, custom custom Healing Codes to address your known issues, or get Coaching along with custom codes for more personal mentoring and access to the resources I’ve developed in working with hundreds of clients as a Healing Codes Practitioner.

Frustration or … Fireworks!
Posted by: | Comments
The very first moments of the new year gave me a wonderful gift.
I was ready for bed by midnight. Just as I was about to climb into bed after giving my husband a big hug and kiss, I noticed the alarm clock.
"12:00 am. Jan 1"
I thought it looked cool, so I grabbed my iphone to snap a picture.
"Cannot Take Photo
There is not enough available storage to take a photo. You can manage your storage in Settings."
Oh well, so much for that. I consciously let go of the frustration, all too familiar, of not being able to do/have/get what I want because I didn't make time to do something that would make it possible. The daily frustation of technology again blocking a good idea and desire.
I got into bed. Comfort! Warmth!
Then I saw the lights flashing outside the bedroom window. Heard the boom. Fireworks!
Was it worth it to get out of bed to look?
Probably won't be able to see them anyway because of all the trees. Don't bother.
Still … I love fireworks.
I got out of bed, went to the window, peeked through the curtain.
Fireworks exploded right in the one place between all the trees that was clear. Unexpected bursts of color and light. Unexpcted beauty.
What are the chances of someone setting off fireworks in some place where I could see them so perfectly through my bedroom window?
I enjoyed the display then went back to the warmth and comfort of my bed.
It occurred to me that those few minutes capsulize the choices I will face throughout this next year.
I can either let the frustations of not getting/having/doing what I want get to me. I can rail against technology when it doesn't work (what-maybe 40% of the time?).
I can "stay in bed" and not bother to see if something wonderful might be beckoning.
Or I can make a little bit of effort, and be greeted by beauty and light breaking through when I least expect it.
What about you? What "fireworks" might you see if only you are aware they might be out there, and make a little effort to investigate?

Prayer and The Healing Codes
Posted by: | CommentsPeople sometimes ask me, “Do I have to believe in God to benefit from The Healing Codes?”
Or, “How does prayer relate to The Healing Codes?”
My answer to the first question: No, you don’t have to believe in God to benefit from The Healing Codes. The Healing Codes work (as far as we can tell), by neutralizing the negative frequency (stress) of the unhealed negative images and wrong beliefs stored in the information energy pattern in the cells (cellular memory). At least, that’s my theory of how it works. All we know from the results is that it removes stress from the autonomic nervous system so that the body can heal itself. (Go here if you’d like to see results from my own Heart Rate Variability tests.)
This is what The Healing Codes does for anyone, regardless of beliefs.
Having said that, however,
Planting Seeds … and Letting Them Grow
Posted by: | CommentsOne of my favorite parables of Jesus is very short and sweet, found in Mark 4:28-29. I think it applies to all kinds of things, including healing, relationships, and success.
It reads:
And he [Jesus] said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground. He sleeps and rises night and day, and the seed sprouts and grows; he knows not how. The earth produces by itself, first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear. But when the grain is ripe, at once he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”
What this says to me is: We can plant a seed, and we don’t have to understand how it will grow. In fact, we only have two roles according to the parable: plant the seed, and harvest the grain when it’s ripe.
We “plant seeds” in all kinds of ways. When you pray for someone, you plant a seed. God begins working, you know not how, but you look for the signs. Often you can’t see anything for a while, because God first works “underground.” As Professor William Tiller, eminent physicist, says, “The unseen is always the parent of the seen.” Things happen in the spiritual realm before they manifest in the physical realm.
When you do a Healing Code, for yourself or someone else, you plant a seed. Healing energy has been activated, you know not how. You look for the signs (which may take a while, because so much can be going on in the unseen realm of the heart). Eventually you enjoy the harvest when it comes.
One more thing the farmer does:
