Archive for the healing codes

Recently, in my attempt to “become minimalist” (or at least less cluttered), I came across my EmWave2, a device that helps you monitor stress levels and get back into “coherence.”

It is a very useful personal Heart Rate Variability monitor.

I am using it to test various healing and healing prayer methods, and what it’s revealing is quite interesting. I recommend it for helping you to find ways to get out of stress mode.

The Emwave2 is put out by HeartMath, and their site has a wealth of fascinating information and some cool products, including the EmWave2, for getting your body back in balance.

Something they teach you is a stress release technique that shifts your feelings, not just your thoughts. We know from Dr. Bruce Lipton (The Biology of Belief) and The Healing Codes that it’s our feelings that really govern us, more than our thoughts (though thoughts are important).

You might want to add the following breathing technique to your practices. I think it will help especially with any physical issues you may have. When the body is in coherence, it can heal faster and it ages slower. It’s that simple!

So here’s the technique:
Step 1: Heart Focus. Focus your attention in the area of your heart, the area in the center of your chest.

Step 2: Heart Breathing. As you focus on your heart area, imagine your breath flowing in and out through that area. (If you have an EmWave2, you would use the Breath Pacer to guide you and find a comfortable rhythm.)

Step 3: Heart Feeling.  Continue to breathe through the area of your heart. As you do, recall a positive feeling–a time you felt good inside–and try to re-experience it. (If you do this already in your Healing Code work, it should come pretty naturally.) This could be a feeling of appreciation or care you have towards a special person, a pet, a place you enjoy, or an activity that was fun. If you can’t find a memory, just try to get into an attitude of appreciation or care.

Once you’ve found that positive feeling, sustain it by continuing your Heart Focus Heart Breathing, and Heart feeling.

You can practice this any time you are stressed, and of course, as you’re doing Healing Codes.

By the way, I got my EmWave in 2007. It is still working just fine, even after all this time and some years when I “lost” it. It’s proven to be a very good investment!

Leslie asked a good question:

“I’ve been using the Healing Codes for a few weeks now. I am not sure about whether or not you stop doing healing codes once you feel better. Do I stop, or do I need to continue with them?

Pawan asked it from a different angle:

“Hello, My name is Pawan and I have already purchased The Healing Code book and have started applying them. I have a question. Healing Codes actually heal destructive memories/unhealthy beliefs/negative images, so then why do we need to do them regularly? What I mean is if they actually heal memory or image and if that memory is the real source of the problem and if you already found the actual memory causing the issue then it should actually heal it in one session itself, your immune system may take some time to heal you physical problem once the memory is healed but the very memory should be healed immediately and completely, no? I have no problem doing it regularly but out of the curiosity my logical thinking says that if I have a wrong belief it would either be healed completely or will not heal at all so when we do the healing code regularly does it heal the belief/memory/image partially with every session? But that doesn’t sound logical.

There are two ways to think about The Healing Codes.

One is to think of it like an antibiotic: You take it until you’re better, then you stop.

Or you can consider The Healing Codes to be in the category of things you do on an ongoing basis to promote health: eat healthy foods, drink water, exercise, sleep … these are the kinds of things that both get you healthy and then keep you healthy.

Pawan is thinking that once you heal that unhealthy belief, for instance, that is causing the problem, poof, you’re healed! Like taking an antibiotic to heal an infection, and then you’re done with it.

The problem is, nobody just has ONE issue or unhealthy belief.

Listen, even if you’re only 20 years old, you have thousands of negative images, wrong beliefs and interpretations of what happened to you, and painful memories. If you’re two or three times that age, you have more than double or triple the negative “Heart issues.”

These are not healed in a few days, weeks or months. Certainly specific memories and problems associated with are healed, sometimes very quickly.  But we heal in layers, and you may need to revisit several aspects of some “foundational” memories, and do it again and again.

But the healing does come when you stick at it.

That’s why The Healing Codes belong to the second category. They are more like vitamins than an antibiotic.

The deepest healing comes when you do The Healing Codes on a consistent basis. When you do, you will find that as one issue heals, your Heart serves up the next issue. And so you move on, healing more and more things at a deeper and deeper level.

And that’s when things really start to take off for you.

That’s why I encourage everyone to think of The Healing Codes as something they do for overall health, like you eat healthy foods or exercise or sleep.

When you do, that’s when you reap the results. If you haven’t read my latest medical report, that documents my growing health over the past 4 years, go here to get that. These latest results came after many months of ongoing, unremitting outward stress. Yet . . .  all the stresses of my outward life don’t seem to be affecting my health in a big way, much to my (and my doctor’s) surprise.

Do a Healing Code at least twice a day, for at least 6 minutes. Do it longer, and more often, and more specific (as in one of the Healing Code Manual Codes or a custom Healing Code) if your issue is acute in some way.

But as the Nike commercial famously said, “Just do it!”

Is it ever dangerous to do a Healing Code for someone else?

I never used to think so, based on the marvelous results so many have had doing Healing Codes for someone else.

For instance, if you’ve never read the story on this blog of Vinny, the boy with the inoperable brain tumor that went away after his grandmother and people reading this blog who did Healing Codes for him, please be ready to be amazed.

However, I have realized there are instances when it certainly can be dangerous to do a Healing Code for another person.

Read my article about when you should NEVER do a Healing Code for someone else–and what to do instead.

Proof Healing Codes Work

Want some PROOF that Healing Codes work?

The following testimonial was sent in by my client, Heather, who came to me with concern about her son's eye problems. She details exactly what happened, what she did, and she even provides photos so you can see for yourself why she is so delighted in what The Healing Codes have done for her son.

Four things that excite me about Heather's story:

1. It shows that you can do Healing Codes for someone else and get results.

2. It proves that the "placebo effect" has nothing to do with The Healing Codes. Dalton did not know Healing Codes were being done for him, so his healing could not be due to his believing they would work for him. And I don't think anyone who cites the placebo effect as an explanation believes it is transferable to another person (i.e., that you can be healed because another person believes you will).

3. It so clearly SHOWS Dalton's progress–the old "a picture is worth a thousand words" truth. (In this case, we have six of them!)

4. The doctor's words are so gratifying….. And so is the P.S. Heather sent when she realized what else healed!  Wait until you see this, too!

On April 3rd 2014, we noticed that our 2 1/2 year-old son’s left eye was turning in slightly when he would look at us. I immediately started looking for a doctor that could help with this condition known as strabismus. I found an optometrist who specifically deals with pediatric eye conditions. Our son’s eye turn grew progressively worse over the next week while we waited for our appointment date.

April 9th 2014– At the initial optometrist appointment, our son Dalton was given a thorough eye exam and it was determined he had a type of strabismus called accommodative esotropia. The measure of his eye turn at that visit was 20 diopters. He was prescribed corrective lenses due to the fact he was slightly farsighted. Most children are farsighted at his age but usually don’t develop over accommodation problems such as strabismus.

Thanks-giving and Healing

Posted by: | Comments (1)

Here in the U.S. we celebrate Thanksgiving at the end of November.

It has always been one of my favorite holidays. Not only do I love the food we eat (turkey, stuffing, cranberry stuff, the spiced sweet potato dish I make, and pumpkin pie). Thanks-giving has turned my life around.

Back when I was a mother of a 4-year-old and a newborn, I suffered from a post-partem depression. (The Healing Codes were not yet discovered then.)

One of the things that got me out of that depression was gratitude.

Specifically, I began to look for at least three things daily that felt like "gifts." Three things I could be thankful for.

Usually I found more than three. In fact, I found so many that 260 of the stories ended up in the publication of my book, Abundant Gifts. (You can find out more about that at http://abundantgiftsbook.com/.)

Focusing on past "gifts" or current blessings is a great thing to do when you are doing a Healing Code. Think of any time in your life when you felt appreciative of something or someone, a time when something touched you deeply. There will be healing power in that memory.

Or focus on whatever is good in your life now.

You might even take the challenge to write down at least 3 things for which you are grateful for each day. I can almost guarantee that it will change things for you.

Healing can happen slowly, over a long period of time.

Or it can happen suddenly.

Two true life stories illustrate.

First, there's Vinny.

Back in July 2010, Vinny's grandmother got in touch with me about her grandson, who was 9 at the time. Vinny had an inoperable tumor on his brain stem. It was benign, but still very dangerous.

I began getting custom Healing Codes for Vinny then. I also reached out to this community to ask other people who felt led, to pray and do Vinny's Healing Codes for him.

The full story is here.

I knew I was taking a risk putting the story and updates out there. What if Vinny's tumor got worse, not better with The Healing Codes? What if it all failed? Read More→

Triggers and Tuning Forks

Posted by: | Comments (4)

When something happens in your outer world, it can rock your inner world in unexpected ways.

That’s what we call “getting triggered.”

Anything can be a trigger, but certain events and times of the year can be triggers to many people.

For instance, Superstorm Sandy (2012) triggered all sorts of things for my clients. I had a whole family who had experienced a car accident years ago. The suddenness of Sandy triggered memories of the accident, which made it even more difficult for the family to weather the actual storm. Read More→

Just read a great article by Dr. Mercola, about cancer. I love his information because it’s so complete, scientific, credible, and practical. If you aren’t getting his newsletter, I highly advise it!

I was struck by what he said at the end of the article, where he gives lifestyle suggestions to prevent cancer. Item #4 says, “Have a tool to permanently erase the neurological short-circuiting that can activate cancer genes. Even the CDC states that 85 percent of disease is caused by emotions. It is likely that this factor may be more important than all the other physical ones listed here, so make sure this is addressed.”

Dr. Mercola believes that “heart issues,” which of course is the focus of this blog, are probably the most important factor for staying healthy.

Dr. Mercola likes EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) for addressing emotional issues, but I think The Healing Codes are at least as effective. (See my article on the difference between EFT and The Healing Codes.) Perhaps Dr. Mercola is not yet  familiar with The Healing Codes.

You can use both EFT and The Healing Codes; they each do different things. I’m not sure if EFT addresses issues at the cellular level, it’s more of a meridian system approach for removing energy blocks. I believe only The Healing Code addresses and actually changes things at the cellular level, which, as this article mentions, is where the real source of just about any dysfuntion needs to be addressed.

In 2012, I attended a life-changing retreat for “highly sensitive persons” with Elaine Aron, author of The Highly Sensitive Person and numerous other books. People with this trait, which Dr. Aron discovered and put on the psychological map in the late 1990s when her book was published, make up approximately 20 percent of the population. The distinguishing trait is that their nervous systems are more finely tuned than the rest of the population. As a result, they process emotions and experiences differently than most people.

Although only 20 percent of people have this trait in the general population, a much larger percentage of my clients–perhaps even 80%–seem to have this trait. I think this is for three main reasons: Read More→

One of the most common questions asked by people when they hear about The Healing Code is, "Can this cure ____?" (Fill in the blank with: depression, cancer, ALS, MS, diabetes etc.)

The answer is no. The Healing Code does not cure any disease. It does not even address any disease directly.

What The Healing Codes do (from all apparent indications from the Heart Rate Variability studies and from what we observe in clients) is change the stress signal sent to the cells by the unconscious negative images, beliefs and cellular memories from trauma (perceived or actual). When these stress signals are changed, the cells are restored to growth and health mode, and the body's own immune system is able to do its God-given job of healing.
