The Power of Tracking Your Healing Results
ByOctober 2020 marked my 10-year anniversary of getting certified as a Healing Codes Coach/Practitioner by Dr. Alex Loyd.
What an amazing and wonderful 10 years it’s been!
So much healing, and so much learned.
A therapist friend said to me, after finding out some things about my past, “How did YOU come out of all that? I mean, someone who is able to do what you do and have done in the world, usually doesn’t come out of THAT kind of background.”
Answer: God’s grace, and a lot of hard work on my part. Also these:
- Believing somehow that anything can be overcome, if only I have the faith and the willingness to do the hard work of transformation.
- A willingness to learn, and most of all, a desire to grow. To grow beyond the confines of a narrow, emotionally deficient background and trauma.
I believe you also have those qualities, or you wouldn’t be reading my blog. YOU are the kind of self-aware person who desires to heal your heart issues—those negative memories, beliefs and feelings that block you from experiencing the love, joy, peace, purpose and self-fulfillment you sense is your God-given design.
And because you are that kind of person, and to celebrate some of the most fulfilling (as well as challenging) last 10 years of my work, I want to give you something that will speed your Healing Code results—if you choose to use it.
As I’ve pondered the hundreds if not thousands of clients I’ve helped from 37 countries in the last 10 years, I’ve come up with a few things that the clients who have healed the fastest and deepest did.
1. They consistently and faithfully did their Healing Codes. Nothing substitutes for consistent practice. And frankly, I haven’t found any other healing method that seems to work as quickly, easily, thoroughly and gently as The Healing Codes.
2. They were willing to be honest, even brutally honest with themselves. That willingness to heal, no matter what it takes, gives them the grit to stick.with.it.no.matter.what.
3. They realized the best results come when they don’t try to go it alone. Although this is a self-healing process, adding the accountability and personalization of having a coach to guide them was key. Also, they realize that healing ultimately comes not just from their own efforts, but from God. They have a faith that acknowledges a need to depend on God for healing.
4. They tracked their results. Another value of coaching is that I ask at the beginning of every session, “You were working on X. What have you noticed?”
This noticing is crucial, because it brings your attention to what has shifted. That awareness then allows your heart to reveal more, and makes space for more healing. If you only notice what still needs to heal, you will keep your focus on what you lack, rather than what you’ve healed. When you welcome what’s being healed, it calls forth more of the same.
With that in mind, as part of my celebration of my 10 years of Healing Codes coaching, I’d like you to have the Personal Tracking Form that I use with my clients. You can use it to track—and therefore speed—your own healing.
Find it, and further suggestions for identifying and tracking the “four-part program” that makes up just about any heart issue, here.
And if at any time you’re ready to take your healing to the next step, you can always check out my coaching page for Custom Codes and Coaching. I’d be privileged to work with you.
